All orders are dispatched within 3 working days, after being placed. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Orders are not processed, sent or transported on weekends and public holidays.

What if I am absent upon delivery?
If you are absent at the time of delivery, the deliveryman will leave you a note with the company’s contact details so you can arrange a new appointment for the delivery that better suits you.
