IS MY WATCH WATER RESISTANT?

All VOGUE Watches are water resistant from 3ATM (30m) up to 10 ATM (10m). However, we recommend avoiding extended water exposure. 

Note that the above serve only as a guide. Actual water resistance may vary depending on a number of factors including water temperature, water salinity and use under water.

Please, keep in mind that water damage is not covered under warranty.

WHAT TYPE OF MOVEMENT IS USED?

All VOGUE Watches use a Japanese Precision Quartz Movement. The Aramis Series uses Automatic Movement.

WHAT IS THE LIFE EXPECTANSY OF THE BATTERY?

The expected life length of the battery is 2 to 4 years depending on outer conditions such as heat/cold. The battery is a silver oxide cell battery (standard button cell).

I NEED TO CHANGE SOMETHING ON MY ORDER. HOW CAN I DO THAT?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

To place your order, you choose the item that you wish to purchase and add it to your shopping cart. Then, proceed to the checkout page where you fill in your personal information and pay for the order. Make sure to complete all steps in the payment procedure when paying so that we are able to capture the amount and ship your order.

 

We advise you to register your VOGUE watch by joining the House of VOGUE in order to assure provision of warranty, after sales care and enjoy additional advantages.

WAS MY ORDER SUCCESSFUL?

Once we have received your order we will send a confirmation to your email address. It is therefore important that you enter the correct e-mail address when placing your order. We recommend saving this email in order to facilitate any contact with customer service you may have in the future. If for some reason, you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder and add info@timeboxsa.com your safe sender list.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Dispatch: Orders are generally dispatched within 2-3 days, after receipt of payment. Kindly note that the estimated delivery times (2-3 Days for Greece & Cyprus  - 3/5 days for Europe & 5-10 days Rest of the world) are estimates and may vary due to external factors outside of our and the courier’s, control. Timebox S.A. is not responsible for import duties and or local taxes in your country – these are levied once your package reaches your country and will vary depending on where you live.

Delivery: Delivery of products is powered by courier companies that fulfill our requirements and have been selected in order to be in the position to offer you high-quality services. Packages are not transported on weekends and local public holidays.

DO YOU SHIP TO A P.O. BOX?

IS SHIPPING FREE?

Fees: Placing an order containing only accessories – no timepiece(s) – may be subject to an additional shipping cost depending on the delivery country and how many items are ordered. Express Shipping is available at an additional cost.


VOGUE WATCHES offers Free Shipping. Delivery upgrade is available at different rates depending on the region. Expected delivery time using this carrier is within 3 working days.

Note that express delivery shipping rates are based on shipping a single item, purchasing multiple items results in multiple shipping charges.

HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?

If you receive your package, and it is not as you ordered, please contact us immediately. We will do everything we can to correct our mistake as promptly as possible.

Notifying us of a return

If you wish to return an order, or some of the products included in an order, please notify Thorton’s customer care within 30 days of receiving the goods, including the following information - Please fill in the form provided here or include a covering letter or email to support@thortonworld.com that state the following:

 

  • Your name,
  • Order number,
  • The item (s) you wish to return, and
  • Optionally a reason for your return: unsatisfied with item, item didn’t match description, damaged item, wrong item, or some other reason.

We strongly recommend that you use registered mail (and insure any high-value packages), since neither Thorton, nor Timebox S.A. will take responsibility for shipments that are lost or damaged during return transportation.

 

Please ensure you retain a proof of postage receipt so in the unlikely event your parcel goes missing, you will have proof you sent it.

 Timebox S.A. will notify you once your returning package has been received at our warehouse. It will be processed and inspected before we proceed in approving or disapproving the respective return.

Once your item has been checked, we will refund the sum due for the returned product to your original payment method. If you paid extra to upgrade your shipping method (for instance an upgraded courier service) then this amount is not refunded.

Care: Please take reasonable care of the goods whilst in your care. Any goods returned must be in pristine condition. They must be not worn or used, with original tags attached and in original packaging. It is your responsibility to ensure that the goods are appropriately packaged to ensure they are not damaged in return transit.


No product return is accepted if it doesn’t abide with the aforementioned conditions.

Warranty & Repairs
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Returns: Only items that have been purchased directly from THORTON’s online shop must be returned to our THORTON’s logistics centre (Timebox S.A – please check address here above) for a return and full refund to be made; product(s) cannot be returned in a local retail store.

Any other VOGUE WATCHES products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.

You have the right to return any/all products you have purchased directly from our website within 30 days of receiving the item. The product(s) must be unused – in its original packaging. Kindly note that you may be subject for the shipping expenses in returning this package to us.

HOW LONG IS THE WARRANTY VALID AND WHAT DOES IT COVER?

The warranty for a THORTON timepiece is valid for a period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of purchase for any manufacturing defects; this includes the watch movement, indexes, dial, and hands. Upon expiration of the warranty period, any repairs will be subject to a service charge.

Other parts that are not listed above are not covered by this warranty. If the product is returned during the warranty period, any defective watch or watch-part will be repaired or replaced, at no additional expense, within a reasonable time, after the product is returned. However, the customer may be subject to the costs of shipping the product.

To obtain a repair under this limited warranty, you must ensure that an authorized retailer, from where the timepiece was purchased, has appropriately filled in and signed the warranty card.

HOW DO I GET MY WATCH REPAIRED?

If you purchased your timepiece from an approved VOGUE WATCHES retailer, to have it serviced or repaired, please contact the authorized Thorton dealer or service provider from where it was originally purchased.

If you purchased your timepiece directly from our website, and feel it is a matter of warranty, kindly contact us and we will assist you, directly, to the best of our ability.

You will then be contacted by a service representative within 24 hours Monday - Friday with further instructions. Timebox S.A. office is closed Saturday and Sunday.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED IN THE WARRANTY?

The warranty does not cover the strap, crystal /glass, batteries or any damages resulting from misuse or normal wear and tear.

Misuse is defined as following:

-  Failure or damage caused by improper use, carelessness (knocks, dents, crushing, broken crystal/glass, etc.), or accidents.

- Defects and damages due to loss, theft, fire, water, or a natural disaster.

Normal wear and tear is defined as following:

- Esthetical changes, defects, and damages due to everyday use and aging (e.g. minor dents on the case and/or crystal, alteration of the watchband and peeling of the plating, etc.)

The warranty is voided if the watch has been tampered with (i.e. the back case is opened.)

Your credit, debit or prepaid card will be charged on the date we ship your products. We have taken all security measures to protect transactions billed to your credit cards.
All card holders must first pass our validity checks. 

3. Paypal

Our e-shop accepts payment via PayPal.

4.  Cash upon Delivery

When opting for this billing method you pay (cash only) the total cost of your order when delivered to you by Speedex / Fedex Courier, at the delivery address registered.
This payment method is available for  Greece & Cyprus only.

DO YOU STORE MY PAYMENT INFORMATION?

Timebox S.A. does not receive or store any payment information. All transactions are handled directly by Eurobank, our payment service provider. Your credit card details are sent directly to the bank and cannot be read or accessed by any parties other than your bank.
